Hors d’oeuvres from The Prizing House are all housemade and fresh. Choose from our PH hors d’oeuvre selection or our premium hors d’oeuvre selection, depending on the time of day, your style, your guests and the duration of your event.

Passed hors d’oeuvres definitely add style to any event. These hors d’oeuvres, served on trays by Prizing House Catering staff who circulate throughout the room, are an excellent way to add a flair of elegance, help your guests mingle, and pass time if your guests are waiting for a meal that begins later in the evening.

Perfect for meetings, the sandwich buffet from The Prizing House is a beautiful spread that offers fresh ingredients and a filling lunch.  This gourmet sandwich selection features artisan breads and fresh ingredients. Sandwich selection includes:

  • Roasted ham and cheddar,

  • Housemade chicken salad, and

  • Fresh veggie sandwiches.

 

Also, choose two lunch sides:

  • Prizing House gourmet salad: hearty spring mix, grapes, feta and candied walnuts

  • Garden fresh iceberg salad

  • Housemade soup (potato, corn chowder, tomato or veggie)

  • Baja‐fresh corn salad (seasonal)

  • Pasta salad

 

Includes our famous Prizing House cookies. Substitute a gourmet dessert . Selections can include:

  • Pumpkin layer cake with cream cheese‐walnut icing

The hot buffets from The Prizing House feature fresh ingredients that not only delight your taste buds, but also are elegantly presented on a gorgeous buffet staffed by The Prizing House catering staff.

 

The Prizing House Signature Buffets:
Buffet selections include one meat, one salad, two sides and bread. Desserts can be added for an additional amount.

  • Herb‐rubbed pork tenderloin with creamy parmesan sauce

  • Barbecue chicken breasts

Premium buffets feature specialty entrees sure to wow any foodie. Made with gourmet seasonal ingredients and featuring mouth‐watering flavors, the Prizing House premium entrees can be customized to match your tastes, styles and the season.


Choose one entrée or two entrées below, and then choose a salad and two side items from our Signature buffet menu.

  • Butternut squash‐roasted chicken, stuffed with bacon and served with fresh seasonal

  • herbs.

  • Herb‐roasted pork tenderloin served with a rich and colorful seasonal chutney.

  • Apricot‐basil chicken, topped with parmesan cheese and garlic

  • Parmesan‐strawberry roasted chicken (seasonal)

  • Baked country ham
